Senior Accountant, AP/AR & Cash (Crypto)

Location: United States - Remote

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 USD annual base salary; compensation may be adjusted by market and location, with New York and San Francisco referenced as compensation markets. The range excludes commission, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global builds crypto payment infrastructure that enables consumers to pay and be paid with tokenized assets through an orchestration engine and consumer application.

What you will do

• Own accounts payable, including bill processing with the part-time AP processor, weekly payment runs, Bill.com aging reconciliation, and cleanup of aged and negative items.
• Own cash and crypto accounting, including monthly reconciliations for every bank and wallet, Bill.com clearing and restricted cash, cash application for wire and stablecoin receipts, and reconciliation of crypto accounts using Treasury statements.
• Own accounts receivable, including invoicing from FinOps billing data, AR tie-outs, customer statements, DSO, and collections under the receivables SLA.
• Run the purchase order process by matching POs to Bill.com bills, holding bills above the threshold without a PO, and tracking open POs and committed spend for close.
• Reconcile company cards, review transaction coding, supervise the AP processor, and protect vendor master data.
• Own audit requests for AP, AR, cash, and crypto.

Requirements

• CPA or CPA-track qualification with 4–8 years of experience across public accounting and industry.
• Experience owning subledgers and reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Collections experience and a direct, professional tone with customers.
• Bill.com experience and multi-entity exposure.

Nice to have

• Crypto or stablecoin accounting experience.
• Payments or fintech industry experience.
• Spanish or Portuguese.
