Senior AR Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 annually for the general US range; $95,000–$125,000 annually for premium markets including San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end invoicing and collections for pay-as-you-go and prepaid commit customers.
• Support recurring and usage-based billing across subscription, invoicing, and payment-term configurations.
• Drive billing system and process improvements, including AI adoption, automation, and integrations.
• Review AR aging, coordinate collections with Sales, resolve billing inquiries, and recommend quarter-end write-offs.
• Own AR reporting, including aging analysis, allowance for doubtful accounts, and related GL reconciliations.
• Support monthly close, contract and usage reviews, invoice verification, journal entries, reconciliations, analytics, external audits, PBC requests, and user acceptance testing for new SKUs, products, pricing models, and business initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive billing and collections experience at a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with marketplace platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their reports.
• Experience with automation tools and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, or Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex contracts and data sets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present information clearly.
• Experience executing internal controls and maintaining documentation to support audit and SOX compliance.
