Staff Accountant (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Eagan, Minnesota office or remote within the United States; remote or hybrid work model with in-office collaboration.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and role alignment, plus up to 10% discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own accounts receivable collections for multiple operating entities, including proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Apply customer payments in QuickBooks and process check deposits, credit card payments, and other deposits.
• Manage accounts payable, including reviewing, coding, and processing vendor bills and supporting timely payments.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records according to company standards.
• Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.
• Partner with the finance and accounting leadership team on reporting, close activities, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
• Hands-on experience with cash collections and cash application.
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing, multi-entity environment.
