Cash Staff Accountant (Healthcare)

Salary: $72,000–$85,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Post daily cash transactions across multiple bank accounts and legal entities.
• Perform high-volume daily and monthly bank reconciliations across more than 40 accounts.
• Monitor cash balances, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items and bank adjustments.
• Prepare cash-related journal entries, variance analyses, and month-end close support in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage transaction data across ERP, billing, and payment-processing systems while maintaining cash clearing accounts.
• Partner with Treasury, A/R, A/P, Revenue Accounting, banks, and payment providers to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in cash accounting or accounts receivable within a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
• Experience managing large transaction datasets and multiple payment channels.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and payment or A/P systems, preferably Coupa.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Employment sponsorship is not available.
