Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Makati City, Philippines; must be available for periodic meetings with global teams outside regular business hours, including 8:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m. or 9:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Philippine Time.

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Analyze business processes and systems, identify optimization opportunities, and translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Review dashboards and reports, conduct data analysis, and present actionable findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, development teams, vendors, SMEs, and project leaders on AI and data analytics initiatives.
• Validate and test solutions, including AI-generated outputs, identify functional gaps, recommend improvements, and define future enhancements.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum calls and project discussions, support change management, document issues and resolutions, and help ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a technical, scientific, or business field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration, preferably in a clinical supply chain setting.
• Knowledge and experience working in a GMP/GCP environment.
• Proficiency in document management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Availability for periodic meetings with global teams across multiple time zones and outside regular business hours.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in computer science, Information Services, Management Information Systems, a scientific field, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data analytics or a related field.
• Operational SQL knowledge, data visualization skills, and technical writing skills.
• Experience with system validation, software development lifecycle, root cause analysis, User Acceptance Testing, metrics, and standard reporting.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
• Experience using AI tools, including generative technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
