Logistics Outbound Flows Officer (Aerospace)

Location: Albacete, Spain; hybrid working model with occasional business travel.

What you will do

• Manage industrial logistics providers for outbound flows, including shuttle flows between hirify.global Helicopters group management entities.
• Represent outbound flows and act as the main logistics interface for internal customers, including Final Assembly Lines, Program, and Procurement.
• Execute and monitor provider contracts covering internal transport and shipping processes.
• Challenge providers on aeronautical product safety, operational performance, customer service quality, costs, and continuous improvement.
• Propose and deploy performance improvement solutions, support harmonization of industrial logistics processes, and apply CES standards.
• Guarantee control of the activity budget.

Requirements

• Engineer or highly skilled technician in logistics operations or a similar field.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Very good knowledge of SAP.
• Initiative, proactivity, autonomy, and rigor in applying and following standards.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment and build working relationships across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to anticipate risks and difficulties, analyze issues, propose concise solutions, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.
• Value-creation orientation.
• Ability and readiness to travel for occasional business trips.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of eWM.
• French or German.
