Director, Transformation & AI Delivery

What you will do

• Lead Transaction Banking’s transformation and AI agenda across the full portfolio of process transformation and AI initiatives.
• Establish governance for intake, prioritization, stage gates, status reporting, risks, dependencies, resourcing, and benefits tracking.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize process transformation and AI opportunities, leading owned initiatives from ideation and solution design through build, launch, and adoption.
• Define and report measurable benefits, including efficiency, cost, revenue, and risk outcomes.
• Align Technology, Data and AI, Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, Model Risk, and Finance stakeholders, while mobilizing matrixed resources and escalating risks and decisions.
• Drive change management, adoption, collaboration, and innovation across Transaction Banking and Commercial Banking partner groups.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting.
• Exposure to payments, transaction banking, or cash management, together with hands-on AI or GenAI transformation or delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs through influence.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Experience building an idea or opportunity pipeline, including process transformation or automation.
• High standards, genuine care in professional relationships, and alignment with the organization’s values.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
