Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing

Location: Minneapolis, United States; regular onsite presence at a firm office and travel to client sites are required. Most roles follow a hybrid workstyle aligned with an hirify.global office.

Compensation range: $149,800–$301,400 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Execute core responsibilities of the Senior Manager role.
• Contribute to team objectives and maintain quality standards.
• Support client service delivery and meet firm and client expectations.
• Manage multiple priorities, tasks, and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with firm personnel and clients through in-person, telephone, electronic, and written channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business or Management, or Finance from an accredited university.
• One of the following: an active CPA license in the state of residence or primary office, active Enrolled Agent license, active Attorney license, a relevant master’s degree, or a pre-approved alternative certification meeting hirify.global requirements.
• At least eight years of transfer pricing experience in public accounting, a law firm, or industry.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to meet client-service, quality, and performance expectations within applicable deadlines and firm and client standards.
• Effective project management skills, accuracy, and quality in a fast-paced client-service environment.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and, as required, at client sites; reliable transportation is required for site travel.
• Ability to maintain consistent onsite presence during core business hours, regularly report to a firm office, and travel to client sites as required.
• Ability to work extended or non-standard hours during peak periods or as business needs require.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Taxation, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Foreign language skills.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuations, quantitative analysis, industry analysis, statistical sampling, and econometrics.
