• Assist FTS leaders with R&D tax credit studies for clients across multiple industries.
• Develop an understanding of manufacturing, agriculture, construction, healthcare, and technology industries.
• Support client consultations, technical interviews, calculation reviews, site visits, and report development.
• Mentor associates and other team members.
• Build internal, client, and community relationships through networking.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills, sound judgment, integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation.
• Demonstrated success in a business environment.
