Collections Recovery Coordinator

What you will do

• Act as the liaison between hirify.global and legal, repossession, and other external vendors.
• Prepare legal files and coordinate cases through litigation and repossession processes.
• Review referred accounts and manage a daily portfolio of delinquent accounts.
• Support internal legal and compliance departments, including escalated situations.
• Establish reporting frameworks and monitor key performance indicators and core performance metrics.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure accounts are handled properly, efficiently, and within timeline benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in auto finance, legal recovery, loss mitigation, paralegal support, or high-volume collections.
• Strong communication skills for managing external legal partners, obtaining updates on pending litigation, and holding vendors accountable to timeline benchmarks.
• Previous experience in skip tracing and collections, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with third-party legal vendors, outside counsel, or repossession agencies.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
