What you will do
- Manage outstanding accounts and support collections activities.

- Communicate and negotiate with account holders regarding outstanding payments.
- Resolve account-related problems while working under pressure and meeting targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in collections or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Excel required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- High school diploma.
