What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technology transfer projects, including process design, scale-up, implementation at manufacturing scale, and completion across the product lifecycle.
• Act as the interface between external customers or process development and operations, ensuring process scalability and manufacturability.
• Manage transfer information, process-related risks, and change control using formal processes and tools.
• Resolve manufacturing process issues in accordance with regulatory requirements, including participation in a 24/7 on-call duty.
• Execute GMP risk analyses and interact directly with customers during technology transfer, campaign preparation, execution, and closure.
• Compile deviations, change requests, and campaign reports while driving continuous improvement of process performance.

Requirements

• PhD preferred, or a Master's or Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of industry experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or process development, with a strong preference for expertise in mammalian cell-based processes.
• Understanding of GMP and bioprocess technology.
• Very good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and project-organization interfaces.
• Fluency in English.
