What you will do
- Design, develop, deliver, and maintain test benches and spacecraft test environments.
- Work with systems engineers to define test strategies and ensure test environments support mission requirements.
- Integrate and test spacecraft subsystems, including embedded or flight software, boards, sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces.
- Develop tests and troubleshoot issues across software, hardware interfaces, communication layers, timing, and performance.
- Improve the complete testing lifecycle, from test design and implementation through result analysis and continuous execution.
Requirements
- Strong background in software development, software craftsmanship, reliable development practices, and DevOps.
- Experience integrating embedded or flight software with hardware platforms.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting systems at interface, protocol, timing, and performance levels.
- Familiarity with FlatSat environments, test benches, or equivalent integration setups.
- Understanding of low-level interfaces such as CAN, SpaceWire, UART, SPI, and Ethernet.
- Ability to develop rigorous, high-quality implementations while working flexibly with diverse, geographically distributed teams.

- Experience in aerospace or another field involving complex, safety-critical systems.
