Analog Design Engineer (Mixed-Signal)

Location: Stäfa, Switzerland, in the City of Zurich/Lakeside area. Full-time; part-time is possible. Flexible working hours may allow working from home depending on the job.

What you will do

• Architect and design analog and mixed-signal circuits for sensor read-out ICs.
• Translate sensor system requirements into robust, low-power circuit solutions.
• Design amplifiers, ADCs, references, oscillators, regulators, and sensor interfaces.
• Drive verification, layout reviews, laboratory characterization, and chip bring-up.
• Own design activities across the full lifecycle from concept to industrialization of new sensor ICs.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in electrical engineering or a similar field.
• Structured and analytical problem-solving approach with persistence, curiosity, and passion for sensors.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre, CMOS layout, and silicon laboratory testing.
• Fluent English and strong communication and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Initial professional experience in IC design.
• German language skills.
