Senior Engineering Specialist (Power Electronics)

Location: Quartino, Ticino, Switzerland; onsite

What you will do

• Manage product engineering across product development and lifecycle management.
• Cooperate with R&D to identify suitable solutions for product industrialization.
• Check and validate technical deliverables, including validation protocols and DFMEA analyses, during new product development.
• Check and validate technical solutions introduced during product lifecycle management.
• Define validation processes to achieve target product robustness.
• Provide technical support to Production and collaborate with Quality, R&D, Production, and After-sales Service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics.
• More than 5 years of experience in electronics or power electronics, particularly frequency converter technologies.
• High proficiency in DFMEA analysis, product development processes, and the UPS industry, with enhanced knowledge of power conversion.
• Good communication skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English.
