Catalyst Consultant – Executive Mobility (UK, London-based)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work between the London base, home, and client sites, with regular on-site presence and travel to client sites as required. Right to work in the UK is required.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted mobility partner for executive-level relocations and international assignments.
• Provide confidential, high-touch guidance focused on executive wellbeing and performance continuity.
• Design bespoke relocation solutions for business and personal needs.
• Manage premium vendor relationships and brief relocating employees and client stakeholders.
• Represent the Catalyst programme on site for a major UK client and contribute to service reviews.
• Turn client insight into service improvements with account and operations teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing senior-level global mobility or international assignments.
• Demonstrable client relationship and stakeholder management experience with corporate HR or mobility teams.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and cultural awareness.
• Ability to remain calm, solutions-focused, and proactive under pressure.
• Confidence presenting in person and representing a business at client sites.
• Right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in luxury, VIP, or concierge-level service.
• Experience advising C-suite leaders.
