Rack Integration Project & Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, North Carolina, United States; regular on-site presence at the assigned warehouse and production location is required, with extended on-site weeks during transitions and critical production periods.

Salary: $92,880–$154,800 USD gross base pay annually.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for an operational pre-integrated rack production and deployment site.
• Translate rack demand and need-by dates into production schedules, arrival plans, materials forecasts, and capacity models.
• Coordinate materials, warehouse operations, BOM matching, inbound and outbound logistics, and integration-partner production planning.
• Lead QA/QC failure triage, RMA resolution, on-site rack variations, and deployment-methodology compliance.
• Build dashboards, trackers, KPI reporting, and capacity-versus-demand models covering backlog, inventory, throughput, material readiness, and schedule attainment.
• Drive cross-functional governance, risk mitigation, escalation closure, process improvement, and AI-assisted workflow automation.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in program management, production or deployment operations, supply chain, or infrastructure deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, supply chain, business administration, engineering, operations, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with demand forecasting, move orders, BOM matching, logistics, inventory balance, warehouse operations, production scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Experience owning QA/QC and RMA processes for hardware or integrated equipment.
• Ability to lead technical, operational, and vendor stakeholders without direct reporting authority and provide leadership-level reporting.
• Familiarity with generative AI, LLM platforms, workflow automation, Google Workspace, and program management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center infrastructure, rack integration, manufacturing, logistics, or similarly complex operational environments.
• Experience managing vendor or integration-partner delivery and improving an established site or program.
• Project management, supply chain, or process improvement certification.
• Managerial experience.
