Business Operations Associate

What you will do

• Own the execution and impact measurement of Chef Marketing initiatives, including tracking performance, calculating chef-driven volume, and determining charges.
• Contribute to the design and development of new Chef Marketing tools and programs.
• Analyze chef performance metrics to identify opportunities to increase chef competitiveness and growth.
• Monitor and support company-level OKRs and build or maintain performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Product, Brand, and Chef Ops on strategic projects with company-wide impact.
• Support research, presentations, and documentation for strategic projects led by BizOps leadership.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in organization-wide areas or concepts such as value proposition, strategy, funding, technology, operations, branding, go-to-market, or building high-functioning leadership teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.
• Corporate finance knowledge sufficient to create high-level business cases and prioritize or estimate the impact of multiple initiatives and solutions across the company.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work effectively with people at all organizational levels.
• Advanced level of English.
