Seller Operations & Intelligence Team Member (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with 2 remote days per week, 1 remote work week per quarter, and 3 flex days

What you will do

• Improve the tools, dashboards, and reporting used by Seller Success Managers to monitor seller performance.
• Simplify team routines and workflows by reducing manual work.
• Run and optimize seller programs, especially seller incentive programs.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy for business reviews and decision-making.
• Partner with Seller Success Managers, Analytics, and Product teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and insight generation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and mandatory SQL experience.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Google Sheets, Omni, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience supporting commercial or account management teams with processes, tools, or performance tracking.
• Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
• Strong ownership and a positive learning attitude.
• Good organization and communication skills, including the ability to write structured documents.
• Fully professional capability in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• CV must be submitted in English.
