Business Analyst (HR Automation)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Armenia, the European Union, or Georgia. Core collaboration hours are 12:00–6:00 PM Manila Time (UTC+8).

What you will do

• Own HR process improvement and automation projects from business request through launched solution.
• Analyze and optimize HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Gather and document business requirements, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate change delivery with business stakeholders and developers.
• Organize UAT, verify solution quality, support rollout, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Administer HR systems and train users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or Process Analyst.
• Hands-on experience automating HR processes, specifically in recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, or similar areas; general business process automation alone is not sufficient.
• Experience independently running projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through testing and launch.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process modeling, documentation, and close collaboration with developers.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
• English at B2+ level for international collaboration and documentation.
