Clinical Supply Planning Manager (Biopharma)

Location: Palo Alto, CA; Miami, FL; or Princeton, NJ

Salary: $139,000–$142,000 USD annually, with potential bonus, stock, benefits, and other variable compensation.

hirify.global is a biopharmaceutical oncology company developing investigational therapies through global Phase 3 clinical studies in non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer.

What you will do

• Consolidate study and portfolio demand forecasts for integrated clinical supply planning.
• Maintain depot-, product-, batch-, inventory-, allocation-, and supply-plan data as the single source of truth.
• Develop demand, inventory, expiry, resupply, and allocation scenarios and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate monthly planning reviews, supply-plan updates, risk summaries, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Track inventory constraints, expiry risks, release delays, forecast changes, and potential supply interruptions.
• Coordinate with Clinical Supply Managers, depots, manufacturers, QA/QP, and other external partners on operational readiness and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical supply planning, pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chain, or a related operations environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, allocation, shelf life, packaging and labeling, release readiness, distribution, and depot operations.
• Experience supporting multiple studies or products in a global, cross-functional, and outsourced operating model preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience with demand-planning, forecasting, inventory, or reporting tools strongly preferred.
