Team Lead High-Tech Assembly (Manufacturing)

Location: Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands; onsite production-floor role in a two-shift system.

Salary: €3,400–€5,000 gross per month, excluding holiday allowance and shift allowance; plus a 14.4% shift allowance and 5.9% ADV allowance.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of operators in a high-tech production environment.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor safety, quality, output, efficiency, and team performance throughout each shift.
• Resolve operational issues on the shop floor and ensure products are assembled according to quality standards and work instructions.
• Coordinate with planning, work preparation, engineering, quality, the Group Lead, and other departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including 5S, while supporting onboarding, training, and clear communication between shifts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, including leadership or coordination experience.
• MBO-4, HBO, or a bachelor’s degree in a technical or industrial engineering field, or an equivalent level of experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating employees in a production environment.
• Hands-on mentality and ownership of daily operational challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Ability to analyse production performance, identify deviations, and implement improvements.
• Structured working style with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, good command of English, and willingness to work in a two-shift system.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-tech manufacturing, complex assembly, mechatronics, or machine building.
