Manager, PLM, WS, Coagulants Americas

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work between the Atlanta office and home.

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead pricing strategy for the coagulants product portfolio, including bids, contract renewals, new business opportunities, pricing targets, and profitability optimization.
• Analyze product costs, raw material trends, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and portfolio performance to support pricing discipline and strategic decisions.
• Partner with Sourcing, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics to align commercial growth with raw material sourcing, production capabilities, regional supply, transportation constraints, and asset utilization.
• Develop and implement product line roadmaps for the Coagulants Americas strategy, including growth prioritization, product availability, and portfolio optimization.
• Support product introductions, rationalization, make-versus-buy decisions, new product development, commercialization, positioning, pricing, target applications, and channels to market.
• Monitor competitive activity and customer and industry trends, identify innovation opportunities, and lead the resolution of product quality claims with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical or commercial discipline.
• At least five years of experience in product line management, commercial leadership, marketing, business development, operations, supply chain, or related business functions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, own, and drive profitability; develop and execute business strategy; and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in the water treatment industry, specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals, or closely related markets.
