Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel; relocation eligible.

Salary: $100,000–$136,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award eligibility.

What you will do

  • Drive service readiness throughout the product life cycle of wafer fabrication equipment.
  • Manage service product roadmap releases, including training, documentation, spare parts readiness, repairs, and tooling.
  • Support design-for-installation and design-for-service programs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for predictive maintenance tools and specialized service tooling, supporting product adoption and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate field training, certification, technical capability development, and productivity improvement programs.
  • Analyze service tool performance, costs, margins, and improvement opportunities, including repair and refurbishment solutions.

Requirements

  • MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Controls, Data Analytics, or related Engineering; alternatively, a BS in Engineering with an MS in Engineering Management.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, robotics, controls, and data analytics, with internship or project experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and technical presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across business, engineering, field service, and technical support teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and understanding of customer needs and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara and travel approximately 10% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience with field support, customer escalations, installations, or warranty activities.
  • Experience running fab projects from installation through process creation and KPI-based program management.
