Service Product Manager/Product Line Management New College Grad - Master's (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX; travel required 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $86,500.00–$119,000.00 annually.

What you will do

• Support spare parts throughout the product lifecycle, including product changes, upgrades, obsolescence, replacements, alternate sourcing, and cost reduction.
• Support Product Change Management activities, including ECOs, PCNs, product configuration changes, and accurate Bills of Materials.
• Develop semiconductor process and equipment knowledge across process areas and spare-part applications.
• Analyze product, cost, supply, and service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Field Service, Product, supplier, and leadership teams to address lifecycle, quality, supply continuity, and customer needs.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to generate insights, improve decisions and business processes, and prepare presentations, analyses, and project updates.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry.
• 0–2 years of experience; internship, co-op, or project management experience is encouraged.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, including exchanging straightforward information, asking questions, and checking for understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in semiconductor technology and product management, with a general curiosity to learn.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Internship experience in manufacturing, engineering, product management, or semiconductor technology.
• Experience with data analytics and AI tools.
