Global Product Line Manager - Modular (Modular Datacenter Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead the expansion and strategic direction of the modular datacenter infrastructure product portfolio.
• Own product line P&L management, financial performance, margins, and return on sales.
• Develop and execute product line strategy aligned with broader business objectives.
• Lead mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Build market share leadership through research and development, market expertise, and product leadership.
• Lead and develop a diverse team while supporting succession planning and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of management experience.
• Experience with electrical products and proven P&L management and strategic planning expertise.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, M&A processes, and NEMA/IEC industry standards.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives and ESG strategies.
• Direct leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hyperscale and colocation markets.
• Experience with UL standards and modular datacenter infrastructure.
