Global Product Manager (Herbicides)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Travel up to 25%.

What you will do

• Lead the global strategy for hirify.global’s herbicide portfolio in corn and soybean markets across development, commercialization, marketing, and life-cycle management.
• Develop portfolio plans covering product launches, positioning, pricing, trademarks, patents, and intellectual property strategy.
• Own product-level P&L and support profitability, pricing, volume growth, market share, and asset performance improvements.
• Analyze competitive activity, grower behavior, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with regional and country teams, executive stakeholders, R&D, operations, supply chain, procurement, and external licensing partners.
• Develop brand guidelines and customer narratives while providing market insight for discovery targets and future development projects.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in marketing, business management, or agronomy with 10+ years of experience, or an MBA/M.S. with 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in crop protection, seeds, biologicals, or agribusiness at a national or regional level.
• Strong understanding of commercial, regulatory, supply chain, and product development interdependencies.
• Strategic experience in long-term portfolio and market planning, competitive analysis, pricing, asset management, and new product introduction.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams across roles, cultures, and geographies, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel up to 25%.
