What you will do

• Implement category management strategies and operational action plans for Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and RWE procurement across hirify.global entities globally.
• Lead global RFIs and RFPs, sourcing activities, contract renewals, rate-card and discount-schedule negotiations.
• Build project scopes, consolidate business requirements, and partner with internal business teams and procurement stakeholders.
• Deliver savings pipelines and report on sourcing status, savings, performance, and risks.
• Manage key supplier relationships through business reviews, performance management, benchmarking, and market intelligence.
• Present procurement strategies to internal customers and collaborate with procurement services and global procurement teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of the relevant procurement category or domain.
• Strong data and analytics skills using spend, supplier, market, and performance data for sourcing strategies, negotiations, and fact-based decisions.
• Good understanding of finance and legal aspects.
• Project management, negotiation, communication, influencing, assertiveness, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop relationships across business lines and procurement functions and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Results orientation, problem-solving ability, flexibility, resourcefulness, creativity, adaptability, and ability to assimilate new information and skills quickly.
• Team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal sensitivity and a commitment to compliance and ethics.
• Digital mindset and ability to use procurement digital tools, AI, and new technologies to improve efficiency and ways of working.
• Minimum master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Fluent English.
