Associate Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Procurement (Healthcare)

Location: Valencia, Spain; hybrid model with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies for transportation, warehousing, and related logistics services across EMEA.
• Lead market reviews, competitive tenders, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, parcel providers, and warehouse partners.
• Use spend data, cost models, and total-cost analysis to identify savings and productivity opportunities.
• Coordinate sourcing priorities across countries, functions, business units, and suppliers.
• Support logistics transitions, warehouse initiatives, business continuity, and broader supply chain transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement, logistics, transportation, or supply chain, preferably in a multi-country environment.
• Experience with supplier sourcing, cost reviews, negotiations, performance management, savings delivery, and contracting.
• Strong financial analysis, stakeholder management, influencing, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with dashboards or Power BI is advantageous.
• Fluent English required. French is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with logistics network optimization, warehouse or transportation transitions, or supply chain transformation.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot.
• French language skills.
