What you will do

• Lead the monthly market-level Integrated Business Planning process and align commercial, finance, regulatory, quality, and production-planning stakeholders.
• Manage product portfolio changes, including launches, divestments, pruning, code changes, sourcing changes, and planning master-data reviews.
• Coordinate demand and supply reviews, document assumptions and gap-closing actions, assess scenarios, and escalate supply constraints.
• Align operational and financial forecasts with Finance and run Management Business Review meetings, including risks, opportunities, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Analyze IBP dashboards and performance metrics to improve sales performance, OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory, destructions, and write-offs.
• Coordinate with global and local supply chain functions on launches, line extensions, network changes, S&OE, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or the manufacturing industry.
• Strong systems and project management skills; SAP and Kinaxis experience are preferred.
• Good understanding of manufacturing finances and basic knowledge of financial functions and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with scenario planning, risk and benefit analysis, contingency planning, problem solving, and anticipating the consequences of different scenarios.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and facilitation skills with stakeholders from operational teams through senior leadership.
• Ability to motivate and influence colleagues without direct reporting authority and drive change through internal communication.
• High accountability, attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
• English language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree.
