Operational Buyer Son

Location: Eindhoven region, Netherlands

Salary: €3,600–€5,100 gross per month, excluding holiday allowance

High-tech technology and manufacturing organization developing and producing complex products and systems that combine electronics, software, mechanics, and advanced manufacturing for international markets.

What you will do

• Manage and follow up on purchase orders for technical materials and components.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and address delays or missed lead times.
• Coordinate material availability with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Own shortages, supply disruptions, and operational purchasing issues through resolution.
• Escalate critical supply risks and coordinate corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify recurring supply issues, support structural improvements, and maintain purchasing data in SAP or another ERP system.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operational purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or material planning.
• Experience managing purchase orders and working directly with suppliers.
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain structured during change, and take ownership of issues.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Good communication skills and strong command of English.
