Supply Chain & Logistics Intern

Location: Hybrid position based in the Netherlands for the entire 6-month internship; office location in Amsterdam

Allowance: €625 per month for a 40-hour, five-day working week, plus full reimbursement of travel expenses

What you will do

• Optimize supply chain and logistics processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the Supply Chain Loss Tool and analyze related information.
• Improve the follow-up of customer stock in trade.
• Help implement a tool for tracking payments from partners.
• Follow up on root causes and propose actions to improve customer care satisfaction.
• Support day-to-day projects across the Exports, Transportation Hub, or Process Improvement teams.

Requirements

• Be in the final stage of a Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• EU working rights are required; candidates must have EU citizenship or be studying in the Netherlands.
• EU/EEA students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for at least 50% of the internship; non-EU students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for the full duration.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, time-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, independent, flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI or SAP.
• Previous internship or work experience.
