Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Humanoid Robotics

hirify.global operates manufacturing sites and is building a company-wide humanoid robotics program within its global Operational Excellence team.

What you will do

• Lead the company-wide Humanoid Robotics program and maintain its roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize manufacturing use cases, assess humanoid robotics vendors, and coordinate test labs and pilot installations.
• Define technical requirements and acceptance criteria, and drive proof-of-concepts from testing through industrial deployment.
• Coordinate manufacturing sites, Engineering, IT, and external partners while escalating risks, delays, and performance gaps.
• Build standards, a knowledge base, and training concepts while ensuring safety, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Prepare business cases, track project benefits, and drive standardization and scaling across manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, depending on educational credentials.
• Experience leading complex technical projects, with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in supplier and vendor assessment and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work across sites, functions, and cultures.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent English skills.

Nice to have

• Strong technical background in industrial automation and robotics.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and factory operations.
• German language skills.
