Senior Project Manager (Workplace Technology)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of IT, AV, and smart workplace technology scope for assigned projects from design through implementation.
• Coordinate technology requirements across architectural, MEP, and interior design disciplines using structured frameworks like RIBA.
• Manage external vendors, define deliverables, and ensure project milestones, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace technology, partnering with local offices and global stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigations and escalating decisions when necessary.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of global playbooks, standards, and delivery methods.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience leading IT, AV, or smart workplace technology projects in office build or relocation contexts.
• Proven ability to manage complex project workstreams, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• English proficiency required; German language skills are considered a strong differentiator.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~35%).
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
