Manager Project Management Corporate Architecture - Campus Bayreuth (m/f/d)

Location: Bayreuth, Germany; based at the hirify.global headquarters campus.

What you will do

• Develop schedules, milestones, and project overviews for corporate architecture projects, especially projects at the Bayreuth headquarters.
• Manage planning and development processes across multiple project areas.
• Oversee projects from kick-off through design and technical drawings, ensuring on-time completion.
• Support coordination of internal and external events as a secondary responsibility.
• Develop guidelines, toolboxes, reporting structures, and strategic process improvements to support efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate communication within and between departments and work with suppliers, colleagues, and clients.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in project planning or project management.
• German language skills at least at B2 level.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate project goals across teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with suppliers, colleagues, and clients.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Corporate Development, or a related field.
