TL;DR
Technician 1 (IT Configuration): Configuring and upgrading customer computer systems and related products with an accent on hardware/software compatibility and version control. Focus on performing increasingly advanced configuration jobs, following work instructions, and validating customer system configurations.
Location: Wilmington, OH; onsite
Salary: $20.19–$25.48 per hour

What you will do
- Upgrade and configure computer systems and other products ordered by customers, including low- to marginally complex systems.
- Perform moderate to marginally advanced configuration jobs with minimal assistance from Senior Technicians and Leads.
- Follow work instruction documents and established procedures.
- Verify that installed hardware and software are compatible and at the required version level.
- Complete other assigned duties and special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- CompTIA A+ or ITF+ certification, or obtain the certification within 6 months of hire.
