Process Flow Leader (Warehouse Operations)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including picking, shipping, put-away, dispatch, inventory reconciliation, and material flow supporting Manufacturing and Packaging Operations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, space utilization, shift performance, operational goals, and workload balance across area personnel.
• Coordinate personnel priorities, vacation plans, meetings, feedback, performance appraisals, overtime, role assignments, and required certifications.
• Ensure equipment, supplies, resources, calibration and preventive maintenance compliance, and coordinate support for equipment repairs.
• Monitor safety, conduct audits, document accidents and incidents, implement corrective actions, and promote 6S and a safe work environment.
• Define and improve process KPIs by mapping process flows, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and validating improvement plans.

Requirements

• Teamwork and service-oriented approach, good written and oral communication skills, responsibility, motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good decision-making, judgment, and information-analysis skills.
• Knowledge of effective meetings and basic conflict management.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, BPCS, and Agile.
• Basic knowledge of problem solving, workload balancing, and root cause analysis.
• Good knowledge of inventory controls.
• More than three years of experience in a similar position and/or experience working in a warehouse.
• Bachelor’s degree or more than three years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to walk, stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, sit and reach with arms, lift or move up to 50 pounds, and work near moving mechanical parts with exposure to cold, wet, or humid conditions.
