Senior Supply Chain Program & Operations Partner (AI)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK, United States; hybrid model with three days per week in the office. Willingness to travel required.

Salary: $61,800–$121,800 per year; incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Serve as an embedded supply chain advisor within the National Operations Center and partner with client Supply Chain Operations teams.
• Analyze operational metrics, spend trends, purchasing compliance, and workflows to identify improvements and support performance goals.
• Coordinate procurement, supply chain, and inventory technology optimization, including process enhancements, system adoption, and end-user training.
• Lead operational improvement workstreams, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, secure approvals, and drive implementation of approved solutions.
• Execute procurement activities, including inventory substitute orders, no-charge purchase orders for trial items, and recurring purchase orders.
• Support supplier initiatives, high-spend categories, technology governance, operational meetings, issue resolution, and continuous improvement while maintaining relationships with client leadership, internal teams, and suppliers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience independently managing complex operational workstreams, resolving issues, and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting operational metrics, spend data, purchasing compliance, and workflow trends.
• Experience supporting operational improvement initiatives, process documentation, technology adoption, and implementation of approved solutions.
• Advanced AI proficiency, including applying AI tools to complex business challenges, critically evaluating outputs, and promoting effective and responsible AI adoption.
• Strong communication, relationship management, training, and documentation skills for engaging clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
• Hybrid attendance in the Oklahoma City office three days per week and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree.
• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, procurement processes, purchase order management, supplier coordination, and financial controls.
• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or inventory management technologies such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, GHX, Wavemark, or similar systems.
