Internal Logistic Supervisor (SAP)

Location: Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, United States. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

Salary: $83,300–$133,280 annually.

What you will do

• Oversee warehouse operations and coordinate third-party logistics to ensure timely material availability for production lines.
• Manage warehouse capacity, inventory, floor utilization, shipping operations, and warehouse personnel.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions and adjust procedures to meet production schedules and workflow requirements.
• Implement warehouse process improvements, digitalization, and automation.
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and annual physical inventory activities.
• Ensure equipment and facility maintenance and recommend technical improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with at least three years of warehouse or logistics experience, or a high school diploma with at least eight years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory knowledge of SAP WM, MM, and PP modules.
• Experience handling and supervising personnel.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Existing US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not indicated.
