Partnerships Lead (Crypto)

Location: 100% remote; candidates must be based in the United States (Eastern Time Zone) or the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end partnership strategy, including prioritization, ecosystem mapping, deal structuring, and performance measurement.
• Build and nurture channel, referral, and ecosystem partnerships that expand distribution, product adoption, and network effects.
• Own partner pipeline, performance, and relationship health while converting inbound interest into a repeatable go-to-market motion.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to design joint go-to-market plays, co-selling programs, and integrated solutions.
• Use performance data and key metrics to evaluate partners, optimize relationships, and guide growth decisions.

Requirements

• Commercial experience driving strategic partnerships, revenue, or business development in fast-paced or technology-adjacent industries.
• Experience managing the full deal lifecycle, from initial outreach and executive alignment through cross-functional execution and post-launch growth.
• Analytical mindset and comfort using data to track performance, refine strategy, and demonstrate outcomes.
• Adaptable and autonomous approach, with the ability to turn unstructured ideas into scalable processes.
