Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Sydney, Australia

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap development in alignment with the overall product vision.
• Engage with customers, prospects, Customer Success, Sales, design partners, and executive leadership to drive product innovation.
• Assess partner, competitive, and market landscapes and use product metrics to inform decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, product marketing, and other functions to define product work and go-to-market activities.
• Lead a distributed engineering and design team in prioritizing, shipping, and delivering roadmap initiatives.
• Evangelize the product internally and externally and contribute to longer-range planning and product team development.

Requirements

• At least five years of Product Manager experience, including demonstrated experience scaling B2B SaaS products.
• At least three years of experience successfully building and shipping complex technical products and/or AI products.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and AI products.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with highly skilled engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage technical roadmaps and ship products on time and within scope.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and levels.
• Ability and flexibility to collaborate with colleagues in other time zones.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI coding assistants, agents, or LLM-based products and how developers use them.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions, understand complex technical concepts, communicate effectively with engineering teams, turn ideas into viable solutions and roadmaps, and challenge engineering decisions and priorities.
• Experience managing technical projects end to end, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and managing dependencies for timely delivery.
