Staff Product Manager (Firefox Enterprise)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a major Firefox Enterprise workstream in 2027, beginning with the hosted offering alongside the existing on-premise solution.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and release plans with engineering, design, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Work with pilot customers and prospects, including IT, security, and compliance teams, to understand deployment needs and prioritize product decisions.
• Partner with sales, legal, finance, and support on packaging, pricing inputs, go-to-market readiness, and compliance.
• Maintain a cross-workstream roadmap with visible dependencies, timelines, and trade-offs for leadership and stakeholders.
• Take on additional scope as the portfolio grows, including Thunderbird Enterprise and AI-related enterprise capabilities; mentor teammates and establish product practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including taking 0-to-1 enterprise security or infrastructure products from definition through launch.
• Experience owning a hosted or SaaS security product, including data residency and operational requirements.
• Experience working with public sector organizations and a working understanding of sovereignty requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate nuanced topics for different audiences.
• A strong record of execution and follow-through, including turning ideas into action.
• Comfort with ambiguity and experience setting direction for new products or markets.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, security, legal, and go-to-market teams on cross-functional programs.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers, such as IT and security teams, and translating their needs into prioritized product decisions.
• Motivation by privacy, open source, technology serving the public interest, and hirify.global’s mission.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise browsers or adjacent products such as endpoint detection, identity, SSO, or device management.
• Compliance experience, including data processing agreements and understanding of NIS2, DORA, and GDPR.
• Exposure to AI features in enterprise products, including data loss prevention.
• Experience supporting new market entry or new product releases.
• Experience working with government entities or government-facing businesses.
• French or German language proficiency.
