Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and market research.
• Drive product functionality from conception through beta testing, rollout, and go-to-market.
• Partner with engineering to define technical solutions and success metrics.
• Own the product roadmap and vision based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business strategy.
• Build relationships with utility and agency customers to understand workflows and pain points.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success on feedback, market requirements, pricing, and packaging.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience leading product discovery, validation, research programs, and systematic customer-feedback processes.
• Expertise in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and business strategy.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise deployments for utility companies or similar regulated industries.
• Advanced analytical skills for developing frameworks for complex decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Product development experience in ClimateTech, wildfire, or utility software.
• Understanding of utility operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics.
• Experience using AI tools for product roadmaps, requirements, wireframing, or UI/UX design.
