Company

hirify.global is a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS company providing a risk intelligence and response platform used by more than 4,000 clients to protect people, operations, and assets.

What you will do

  • Develop customer and market understanding across security, safety, business continuity, IT, operations, and emergency response personas.
  • Own the roadmap and strategy for new AI capabilities, making prioritization and product tradeoffs explicit.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to turn customer problems into specifications, acceptance criteria, milestones, and releasable increments.
  • Use Claude Code, Claude Design, Codex, and similar AI development and design tools to build prototypes and validate concepts with customers.
  • Define success metrics, analyze product usage and customer outcomes, and use findings to guide prioritization.
  • Work with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support on positioning, enablement, training, demos, and launch readiness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software, including end-to-end ownership of a product or major product area across discovery, delivery, and measurement.
  • Experience leading an established or emerging product or major capability and evolving it for changing market needs.
  • Prior experience with agentic and/or AI-native products, such as workflow automation, interactive assistants, integration platforms, agentic tooling, or similar products.
  • Working understanding of designing AI and LLM-based capabilities into products, including leverage points and required guardrails.
  • Systems mindset focused on workflows, dependencies, triggers, and process relationships; strong analytical judgment when information is incomplete or conflicting.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technically with Engineering and strategically with executives.
  • Comfort with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software.
  • Collaborative, no-ego approach; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and continue working through ambiguity.
  • Energetic, empathetic, and earnest approach with a consistent record of delivering quality work on schedule.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with product enablement or go-to-market support.

Nice to have

  • Experience in critical event management, emergency communication, security, safety, or business continuity, or experience working with the teams responsible for these areas.

Culture & Benefits

  • Mission-driven work focused on keeping people safe and helping organizations maintain business continuity.
  • Human-centered, customer-first, collaborative culture with an emphasis on simplicity, accountability, and information sharing.
  • Competitive base salary, variable compensation, and a company-wide bonus program.
  • Flexible time off, parental leave, company-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match.
  • Career development through the Learning & Development team, community service opportunities, and employee rewards.
