Project Manager - Cost Reduction & Value Management (E-Mobility)

Location: Bolzano, Italy

Develops high-tech electric mobility solutions and charging infrastructure from locations in South Tyrol, Italy, Germany, and the United States.

What you will do

• Coordinate cost reduction initiatives across R&D, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality, and Product Management.
• Drive approved initiatives through structured project management practices.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Valuemize platform and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Define governance, roles, responsibilities, and workflows for value management activities.
• Prepare executive reports and management presentations on program status and results.
• Establish standard operating procedures and best practices for value management.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Previous professional experience managing complex projects and programs, including cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
• Experience in cost reduction, value engineering, product cost optimization, or continuous improvement programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and practical experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of product cost structures, business cases, and financial analysis.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification.
• Experience implementing business processes, digital tools, or enterprise software solutions.
• Familiarity with Value Engineering and Value Analysis methodologies.
• Italian and/or German language skills.

• Total compensation starts at €52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement.
