OFCI Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Monitor field activities, project information flow, progress, quality, safety, and emerging issues.
• Coordinate client, consultant, contractor, and partner teams on snagging, schedules, and engagement.
• Lead site meetings, identify and resolve issues, and communicate project impacts.
• Implement and improve project procedures and processes.
• Review proposed variations and delays and support project handover documentation.

Requirements

• Finnish language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing large, complex, MEP-heavy construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA, MEP systems, local codes, statutory requirements, breaker coordination, switchgear operations, and cooling systems.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors, including RFPs, bidding, and change orders; design management; and general project administration.
• Project management certification such as PMP, or active progress toward certification.
• Proven experience on international projects and awareness of cultural and DE&I considerations.
• Familiarity with local construction laws, building codes, and AHJ processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and computer skills; detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Full work rights in Finland.
