National Account Executive (Retail)

Location: Applicants must be legally entitled to work full time in the UK.

What you will do

• Set up new product lines and manage range changes across internal systems, retailer platforms, EDI, labels and price lists.
• Maintain accurate product content, categories, tags, names and images across Ocado, Waitrose and Zapp, including delistings, relistings, promotional checks and ticketing updates.
• Run sales, market share, competitor promotion, demand management and fulfilment reports; analyse performance data and write weekly sales commentary.
• Perform daily order and line checks, manage non-conformities and delivery issues, process credit and debit notes, check invoices and resolve EDI invoice queries.
• Coordinate with fulfilment, production, buying, sourcing, pricing, supply chain and brand teams to support retail account performance.
• Support key account growth through Zapp account management, review meetings, product quality benchmarking, competitor tracking and packaging projects.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and Google Sheets skills and the ability to turn sales and competitor data into clear observations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills across multiple accounts, systems and daily processes.
• Creative problem-solving ability, commercial acumen, strong learning agility and the ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-moving environment.
• Genuine passion for food, fresh produce and hirify.global's ethos.
• Legally entitled to work full time in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or a similar analytical tool.
• Experience in UK grocery, FMCG or fresh produce.
