Program Management Manager (Microsoft)

Location: Boston, United States. Other available locations include Chicago, Minneapolis, Atlanta Metro Area, Washington DC Metro, and Houston. Travel up to 50% is required.

Salary: $112,100–$225,500 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead Microsoft programs and major workstreams with $3M–$8M budgets and teams of 10–20 resources.
• Manage delivery across Dynamics 365 ERP and CE, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure integration services, and AI-enabled Microsoft solutions.
• Establish program governance, integrated plans, RAID management, financial tracking, risk resolution, and executive-ready reporting.
• Lead Organizational Change Management activities for implementations affecting 100–500+ users.
• Build relationships with VP- and Director-level stakeholders and participate in steering committees and executive governance forums.
• Support Microsoft co-sell motions, proposals, statements of work, estimating, account expansion, and partner activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise programs and projects in a management consulting environment.
• Experience delivering Microsoft programs or workstreams with $3M+ budgets and teams of 8+ resources.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure integration services, and Microsoft-aligned solutions.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, financial tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Organizational Change Management and client-facing engagement with VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; ability to travel up to 50% required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI Service.
• Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, waterfall, Microsoft Success by Design, or other structured partner methodologies.
• Experience with proposal writing, SOW development, Microsoft commercial licensing, and business development.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, Prosci, or relevant Microsoft certifications.
