Principal Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States (US-IL-Chicago-MSO)

What you will do

• Lead large, complex Snowflake implementation, data migration, code conversion, and cloud-based programs for enterprise customers.
• Develop program vision, strategy, use-case roadmaps, project plans, governance structures, and delivery milestones.
• Own project execution, budget and revenue reconciliation, scope clarity, risk mitigation, and predictable on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer C-suite executives and executive sponsors, aligning stakeholders on program vision and outcomes.
• Drive customer value, satisfaction, renewals, and additional opportunities while supporting project scoping, estimation, proposals, and sales pursuits.
• Improve program management methodologies, processes, tools, templates, and customer delivery practices in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management or a similar role involving complex technical implementation or migration projects.
• Recent experience delivering multi-million-dollar data-related or cloud-based programs for Fortune 500 customers.
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite or executive sponsor stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.
• Direct experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and/or cloud technologies.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate effectively between design, engineering, marketing, advertising, business development, customers, and partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in a customer support or technical advisory role such as solution architect, system administrator, or technical account manager.
• Experience with agentic AI and modern AI technology implementation.
