Solution Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and help structure and run complex RFPs in hirify.global.
• Guide strategic, high-touch sourcing events from bid-sheet design through scenario analysis.
• Prepare and deliver product demos and trainings for new users.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value, support account expansion, and create best-practice use cases and success stories.
• Translate customer feedback and sourcing challenges into clear input for Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering, with the opportunity to grow into owning customer accounts.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Candidates must be based in Switzerland or Spain.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or freight procurement at an enterprise, procurement consulting with exposure to freight sourcing, or a ProcureTech company focused on logistics sourcing.
• Hands-on experience supporting or running RFPs, eAuctions, or scenario-based sourcing events for one or more logistics categories: Air, Ocean, or Road.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, structuring complex problems, and providing clear, practical advice.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to quickly understand complex sourcing requirements.
• Solid understanding of enterprise procurement processes and digital sourcing tools, plus genuine interest in AI-driven innovation.
• Comfort working with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Coupa Sourcing Optimization, Keelvar, Transporeon, Jaggaer ASO, or SAP Ariba.
